DHL EXPRESS TO THE USA, DUTIES PAID

Shipping policy

L.P. Studios is operated by LP Studios LLC, a company based in the United States. While we build out our US fulfillment, all orders are currently dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

Shipping rates

  • United States: DHL Express, $25 flat rate per order. Duties and import taxes are paid by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
  • United Kingdom: UK delivery, £5 flat rate per order.
  • Rest of the world: DHL Express, $25 flat rate per order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched the next business day.

Once dispatched, DHL Express delivers to most US addresses within 1 to 3 business days. UK orders typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days, and other international orders within 1 to 5 business days depending on the destination.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Duties and taxes

US orders: we cover all import duties and taxes. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

UK orders: shipped within the UK, so no import charges apply.

All other countries: your order may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your local customs authority. These are not included in our prices or shipping fee and are payable to DHL on delivery. If these charges are refused, the parcel will be returned to us and we will refund your order minus the original shipping cost and any return charges we incur.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can only change an address before the order is dispatched. If you miss a delivery, DHL will leave instructions to rearrange or collect it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, email us at info@thelpstudios.com with your order number (and photos of any damage) within 7 days and we will put it right.
