This website, thelpstudios.com, is operated by LP Studios LLC ("L.P. Studios", "we", "us" or "our"), a limited liability company based in Houston, Texas, United States. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Using our store
By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service to anyone at any time.
3. Products and pricing
We do our best to show our products, colors and sizing accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that what you see exactly matches the item. Prices are set in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies are converted for convenience and may vary slightly with exchange rates. We may change prices, products or availability at any time, and we may limit quantities.
If we find an error in a price or product description, we may correct it and cancel any affected order, even after it has been placed. If we do, we will let you know and refund you in full.
4. Orders
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, in which case you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs, delivery times and information on duties and taxes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns are handled under our Refund Policy.

All content on this site, including the L.P. Studios name and logos, designs, prints, photography and text, belongs to or is licensed to LP Studios LLC. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it without our written permission.

If you send us comments, reviews, ideas or other material, you allow us to use, edit and publish it in any medium without compensation. You confirm that anything you submit is your own, is not unlawful or offensive, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Harris County, Texas. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws in your country.
